- London to host citywide festival 8 -12 November celebrating Europe’s internet community -
20th September, 2010, London: Internet Week Europe will launch in London in November, when a coalition of leading European internet companies hosts the first week-long festival celebrating Europe’s thriving digital media industry and community.
The festival launches with initial support from industry leaders such as Tweetdeck, the Guardian, Moo.com, Google, BBC, WPP Digital, TechHub, Channel 4, Penguin, New Media Age and Creative Review, as well as flagship sponsor Yahoo!. These companies and more will host events throughout London from 8th-12th November 2010, ranging from conferences, technology demos, panel discussions, educational programming and meet-ups to late-night parties at venues across the city.
