Chris Boulet joins the board of UK internet start-up digitalle.com (StartupReport)
Digitalle Limited today announces that Chris Boulet, owner of Botax LLP, a boutique tax advisory service to corporate enterprises and high net worth individuals, is to join the company board as corporate tax and business advisor.
Before setting up his own practice in 2008, Chris worked for Coller Capital, the world's leading investor in private equity secondaries, as corporate Tax Manager where he continues to act as specialist advisor for the firm. Previously, Chris was Assistant Tax Manager at Linklaters, one of the world's top law practices.
Chris will lead the EIS scheme for private investors and corporate institutions, as well as providing tax and business expertise to the executive team, and giving invaluable insight into the workings of corporate finance and accounting issues.
